Společnost spravuje privátní alternativní fond a je zapsána v seznamu osob provádějících správu majetku srovnatelnou s obhospodařováním dle § 15 zákona č. 240/2013 Sb., o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech („ZISIF“) vedeném ČNB. Činnost společnosti nepodléhá dohledu ČNB. Správa majetku společností je určena pouze pro privátní okruh oslovených investorů, kteří jsou kvalifikovanými investory v souladu se ZISIF. Společnost nenabízí investice veřejně ani neshromažďuje majetek od veřejnosti. Společnost neposkytuje žádnou hlavní investiční službu, ani doplňkovou investiční službu úschovy a správy investičních nástrojů pro zákazníka ve smyslu zákona č. 256/2004 Sb., o podnikání na kapitálovém trhu („ZPKT“). Zde uvedené údaje neslouží k prezentaci žádných investičních nástrojů ani investičních služeb. Žádné z vyjádření zde obsažených nelze vnímat jako nabídku investičního nástroje či jiné formy investice dle ZPKT nebo ZISIF.
The company manages a private alternative fund and is registered in the list of persons performing asset management comparable to management pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on investment companies and investment funds (“ZISIF”) maintained by the Czech National Bank. The company’s activities are not subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank. The management of the company’s assets is intended only for a private group of investors who are qualified investors in accordance with ZISIF. The company does not offer public investments or collect assets from the public. The company does not provide any main investment service or additional investment service of custody and management of investment instruments for the customer within the meaning of Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on capital market business (“ZPKT”). The information provided here does have the scope to present any investment instruments or investment services. None of the statements contained herein may be perceived or undestood as an investment offer or other form of investment pursuant to ZPKT or ZISIF.
